The Balloon Box 🎈

Yes. The balloon is inflated with helium before shipping and carefully prepared inside its gift box. As soon as the package is opened, it floats up immediately, creating an instant surprise effect. It arrives ready to gift, with no preparation required.

A helium-filled balloon generally floats for 5 to 10 days, and sometimes even longer depending on the temperature and surrounding conditions. The helium naturally begins to lose its effectiveness after around ten days. To ensure optimal float time on arrival, we prepare and dispatch your order 48 to 72 hours (working days) before the delivery date selected in your cart, so the balloon arrives at just the right time to create the surprise.

Yes. You can have the box delivered directly to the recipient. The package is designed as a ready-to-give gift, with no visible invoice, so the surprise is kept intact.

Yes. You can include a personalised message with your order. A dedicated field is available directly in your cart before checkout, allowing you to write a few words to accompany the surprise. Your message is then printed and placed inside the box to make the gift feel more personal and thoughtful.

The balloon box is perfect for many occasions: birthdays, new babies, declarations of love, celebrations, thank-you gifts, romantic surprises, or simply to show someone you care. It’s an original gift idea that offers something different from flowers or chocolates.

Yes. The box is specially designed so that the balloon floats up immediately as soon as the package is opened. This instant reveal creates an unexpected and memorable moment, perfect for a birthday, celebration, or any other special occasion.

You can choose your delivery date directly from the cart so the surprise arrives on exactly the right day. We then schedule the preparation and dispatch of your order based on that date to ensure the balloon is perfectly inflated with helium when it arrives.
